The places your timesheets go. Changing an address here changes where the next one is sent, not where past ones went.
LRH timesheet
The LRH form, filled in from your roster. The form itself is untouched — same layout, same wage codes, same signature block — only the blank cells get filled.

My profile
Filled in once and used on every timesheet. Your state decides which public holidays are marked, and how you work decides whether the sheet starts from shift codes or from your usual hours.
When they are, nothing is ever deducted and no break can be set by mistake.
Organisation
Shift times, the submission deadline and the pay cycle are rules of the workplace rather than settings each person picks, so they live here. Administrators set them once and everyone's sheet follows.
Registration
Roughly. It decides nothing on its own \u2014 it tells us what you are planning for.
Rules
When they are, nothing is ever deducted and nobody can set a break on themselves by mistake.
Pay cycle
The last day of a pay cycle.
Any date a real cycle ended. A cut-off day alone says a fortnight ends on a Sunday, not which Sunday.
These govern the sheets of everyone invited to this organisation.
Each department carries its own payroll officer and its own manager, and somebody who works in it sends there. A department with nobody in the manager slot has no manager step at all -- which is how one workplace can verify Theatre and not Imaging.
Approvals
People who've signed up and confirmed their email, and are waiting to be let in. Anyone at a recognised workplace is approved automatically and never appears here — this is the list of everyone else.
| Signed up | Decision |
|---|
Nobody's waiting right now.
Everyone
Every account, whatever state it is in. The queue above empties as you decide; this does not, so there is somewhere to see a person after they have been let in.

Generic timesheet
Built for any organisation in any industry. Add your organisation and your payroll email, and optionally fill in your manager's email, then send it. Hours are calculated automatically, including shifts that run past midnight. You will receive a copy of the timesheet by email, and if you still need one, you can download the completed form.
Your organisation's standard shifts, entered once. Use whatever codes your workplace uses — typing one in the Shift column fills that day's times in.
The roster as your department publishes it — Excel, CSV or iCal. Your name from your profile is used to pick out your own shifts.
Only your own shifts are sent. Everyone else on the file stays on this device.
Weekly and monthly are coming; sheets are fortnightly for now.
0700, 7:00 or 19:30 — or a shift letter.
Two ordinary pairs let you split a shift around an unpaid break.
