eMedu was founded by Dr Hanumanth Swaroop Valluri, who has worked in 46 hospitals across Australia and with seven locum agencies. Every one of them wanted the same hours in a different form, by a different deadline, in a different way.

Everything is stored and processed in Amazon Web Services’ Sydney region
(ap-southeast-2) and is not transferred overseas in the ordinary
operation of this service. Personal details are encrypted before they are
written down.
We keep no copy of a sent timesheet. The copy that reaches your own inbox is your record — which is why we always send you one.
A timesheet used to be written out, faxed, printed, filed and eventually destroyed. Every manual timesheet is up to five sheets of paper, the ink to print them, the power to run the machines, and somebody typing at every stage.
Our next step in continuous innovation is to bring AI to predictive analysis: to help decipher working patterns, increase productivity and reduce burnout. A roster already knows a great deal about the fortnight ahead of you. It should be able to tell you something useful about it.
If eMedu ever ceases to offer this service, for any reason, we will give ninety days’ notice by email before it closes. You will not lose anything: every timesheet you have sent is already in your own inbox, which is why we send you a copy of each one. Your account and everything stored with it will be deleted within ninety days of closure.
